The best way to get help is to call our Adviceline, which is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.

Calls are free from any UK mobile or landline. We aim to answer most calls within 45 minutes, but please keep in mind there is usually a queue due to high demand. If you’re calling after 3:30pm and haven’t got through within half an hour, we recommend hanging up and trying again the next day so you aren’t left waiting.

Please note: We don’t currently offer a drop-in service at our office, so calling is the best way to reach us.

Adviceline Triage Journey

Below outlines the triage journey you will go on when you call our advice.

Stage 1: Contact us via telephone

Take the first step towards receiving help by contacting us through our adviceline.

Stage 2: Phone Assessment

Once connected, we will conduct an assessment that takes 10-15 minutes.

Stage 3: Further Exploration

If your situation requires a more in-depth examination, we will offer you an appointment if it meets our criteria and only if an appointment is available.

Stage 4: Alternatives

If we are unable to assist, we aim to direct you to other sources of help and information.
