Client Agreement & Acceptable Behaviour
We are a small to medium sized charity. The majority of our funds are obtained through project funding and partner agencies. Please see our list of partners & funders.
We aim to provide the best possible service, however this may be restricted due to staff and volunteer resources and funder objectives. To help you understand our service, we have provided a copy of our client agreement and appointment policy. We have also included a copy of our acceptable behaviour policy, which shows the standards we expect from ourselves. We also have expectations of treatment to our team of paid staff and volunteers.
