The Projects & Services We Offer

We have a number of projects which are targeted at sections of society who are either vulnerable, most deprived or least likely to be able to access good quality advice through our various debt, benefits, housing, health and wellbeing projects.

Adviceline

How to access: Call our adviceline number below. Lines open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. Initial telephone assessment for all clients who live or work in Enfield in all advice areas.

Disability Advice

How to access: If you have a disability or health condition, call our Adviceline on 0808 278 7837.

Children's Centre Service

How to access: If you are pregnant or have a child under 5, appointments for assistance in all advice areas can be booked via Enfield Children’s Centre: 020 8106 9996 or via our Freephone Adviceline number: 0808 278 7837, Monday-Friday: 10am-4pm.

Christian Action Debt Advice

How to access: Appointments for this project are booked directly by CAHA

HIV - Hospital Outreach

How to access: Appointments for this project are arranged via North Middlesex Hospital, for clients affected by HIV only.

Trust for London Housing Advice

How to access: To support Enfield residents with housing advice and assistance, those who are poorly housed, and to work to improve the local housing policies. For an appointment, call our Freephone Adviceline number: 0808 278 7837, Monday-Friday: 10am-4pm.

LB Enfield Welfare Advice & Support

How to access: Referrals for this debt advice project can be made via Enfield Council’s Welfare Advice and Debt Support Team, or appointments can be booked via our Freephone Adviceline number: 0808 278 7837, Monday-Friday: 10am-4pm.
